POLAR-B is a software development company located in Ukraine. It was founded in 2009 as iOS development company and while past few years grew up to a self-sufficing company capable to build complex projects using various technologies.

We offer development services upon three main directions: iOS, Android and Web development. Our company capable to provide full range of services from very beginning to very end. Such as: composing of project specifications, preparing app mockups, and finishing with: distributing app to app store or deploying website to a web server.

This was my first iOS development project. Dmitry and his team were extremely responsive and helpful to me throughout the process. At first I was concerned about potential language and time zone barriers (I am in the USA) - but my concerns were unfounded. Very little issue with language, and once we got into the flow of development, the time zone difference was not a problem either. Dmitry was great to work with. The biggest thing I find with elance jobs is the communication can sometimes be lacking, but Dmitry was "available" and always kept me up-to-date on progress and was working with me the whole time. I would definitely work with Dmitry again and hopefully that is very soon. I honestly had no idea what to expect when I decided to work with an iPhone developer through the internet. But guys at Polar-B could not have done a better job. Their prices were immensely fair.
